Who this notice covers

This notice applies to SCLK Ltd, as the provider of this website, of Revit and BIM consultancy services, and of the Proactive software products.

Proactive add-in downloads are distributed through the Autodesk App Store. Autodesk handles the information you give them during a download or purchase under its own privacy terms.

What we collect

We keep this deliberately narrow. In practice that means:

• Details you send us directly through a support request, enquiry or feedback form: name, email, organisation and your message.
• Information shared with us in the course of a consultancy engagement, including project correspondence and any files you choose to send us.
• Basic website analytics: pages viewed, referring page, approximate region and device type.
• Support correspondence, retained so we can follow up on a reported issue.

What we do not collect

The Proactive add-in does not upload your Revit models, project data or model content to us. Rule checks run locally in your Revit session. Project material shared with us during consultancy work is held only for that engagement.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, scope and deliver support work, fix defects, and understand which parts of the site and products are useful. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Retention and storage

Enquiry records are kept while a conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Project material is retained for the duration of an engagement and any agreed handover period. Analytics are held in aggregate.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except where a service provider processes it on our behalf, such as email or hosting, or where we are required to by law.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within a month.
